Bright straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Attractively intense; very floral and aromatic,
with hints of jasmine, Ambrosia apples and cinnamon. Very well-balanced and appealing, fine and
crisp, with light notes of acacia honey.
